“Discussions regarding race, diversity and inclusion, equity and the like leave me with mixed feelings. These all seem like hot topics of conversation at the moment without many results. Sometimes I think conversations must mean positive change is coming, while other times I feel that the sheer fact that the discussions still need to happen means we're very far from any resolutions. I'm optimistic that the future holds the potential for greatness.”
